"Everything showed up right, so no real complaints"
I got exactly what I ordered, and the colors and sizes were all correct, so I don’t see much to complain about. One of the packages was a little bent, but the item inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal to me. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d order again.

I ordered from Smartisans the product is fine, I guess. It does look like the pictures, so that part wasn’t a letdown, but the material feels a little cheaper than I thought it would. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price, I’m not sure. It works okay so far, but I wouldn’t really call it high quality. For what I paid, it’s not awful, but I keep going back and forth on whether I’d buy the same thing again.

I ordered a little gadget from smartisans.com and it just didn’t work like it was supposed to, so I reached out to return it. The whole thing felt way harder than it needed to be. Replies took forever, and half the time it seemed like they hadn’t even read what I wrote, which was frustating.
I did send it back, but I’m still waiting on the refund and had to keep emailing them to follow up. it’s been more stress than the item was worth. Wouldn’t really wanna deal with that again.

"Confusing site that feels like it cares more about selling than helping"
I tried using Smartisans and got frustrated quickly. The pages were slow, the menus felt all over the place, and I had to keep clicking around just to find simple information. It didn’t feel very user-friendly, and after a while I just gave up. The whole experience kind of made me wonder if they put more effort into pushing people toward spending money than actually making the site easy to use.

I ordered from Smartisans and, uh, the shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting around not really knowing what was going on. The item did show up eventually, but the delivery time was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly.

The box arrived badly crushed, haha, so it didn’t really feel like much care was taken with the packaging. Luckily the item was okay, but the packaging could definitely be better.

"Didn’t feel genuine, and the promises didn’t really hold up"
I ordered from smartisans.com and, to be fair, the delivery was fine. But once I got the product, I immediately felt unsure about it. The box looked a little off, and a few details didn’t match what I expected from the original brand. They make it sound like you’re getting the real deal, but that didn’t really line up with what showed up at my door.
Maybe it is authentic, I can’t say for sure, but it didn’t give me much confidence. What annoyed me more was that customer support wasn’t clear at all, even though they seemed to promise a more helpful experience. I’d be careful ordering here and double-check everything, because it felt like they overpromised and underdelivered.

"Mixed feelings about my order"
I was excited to get my piece, and from a distance it looks nice, but up close the rough edges and uneven finish really stood out. It kind of has that handmade charm, I guess, but at the same time it felt a bit rushed and not as polished as I expected. I wanted to love it, and part of me still likes the idea of it, but I probably wouldn’t order again

"Support needs to do better"
I’m not happy with the support I received. It felt like I was getting generic responses instead of real help, and no one seemed to take ownership of the issue. If something goes wrong, I expect the company to be accountable and actually work toward a fix, not just pass me around or brush it off.
